These terms apply when you use auditcertdesk.com (“the site”), run by Chidambaram Narayanan. By using the site you agree to them. If you have a question, email chidambaramn888@gmail.com.

What the site is

The Audit Cert Desk is an independent study aid for the CISA, CIA and AAIA exams. It isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by ISACA or The Institute of Internal Auditors. CISA and AAIA are trademarks of ISACA; CIA is a registered trademark of The IIA. The study materials help you prepare, but no one can guarantee that you will pass an exam.

Exam facts such as fees, formats and rules are set by ISACA and The IIA and can change. Always confirm them with the exam body before you register.

Your account

Use your own email address and keep your password private. An account is for one person. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

Buying study packs

Purchases are made on Gumroad, which handles checkout and payment under Gumroad’s own terms. Any question about a payment, including refunds and chargebacks, is handled through Gumroad. This site doesn’t take payments and has no refund function.

After you buy, sign in here with the email you used at checkout and your purchase appears in My library. If you bought with a different email, you can link it from your library.

How long access lasts

  • Each purchase gives 6 months of access from the date of purchase, unless the product page says otherwise.
  • Buying the same product again while your access is running adds a new period on top of the time left.
  • If you bought on Gumroad before the site launched, your 6 months run from the launch date.
  • If a payment is refunded or charged back, access from that purchase ends.
  • When access ends, the paid content locks, but your account, progress and results are kept, so you can pick up again if you renew.

Using the materials

Paid materials are licensed to you for your own personal study during your access period. They aren’t sold to you outright. You may not:

  • share your account or sign-in with anyone else;
  • copy, download, record, screenshot for distribution, scrape or republish the materials;
  • resell, rent or use them to teach or train others;
  • try to get around the site’s protections, such as watermarks or view-only documents.

Materials are watermarked with your account. If an account is used in breach of these rules, access may be suspended or removed.

The free resources (exam guides, puzzles, glossary and the question of the day) may be shared freely as long as they are unchanged and credited to The Audit Cert Desk.

Site availability and content

We work to keep the site available and the content accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, update or reorganise content over time. If you spot a mistake, please tell us through the Contact page.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent the law allows, the site and its materials are provided “as is”, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for exam results, career decisions or other outcomes that depend on many things beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
