ISO/IEC 42001
The international standard for an AI management system.
Published in 2023, ISO/IEC 42001 sets requirements for establishing, running and improving an AI management system, in the same style as ISO/IEC 27001 for information security. Organisations can be certified against it.
On the exam
It is a management-system standard: policies, roles, risk assessment, controls and continual improvement, not a technical model specification.
